Location

Goa is an irresistible destination and is famous for its soft, white sand beaches and quaint fishing villages, laced with a smooth mix of mediterranean and asian influences.  Truly a tropical paradise, the slow pace and easy-going ambience are compelling.  Lazy palms sway.  Balmy waters lap the shore contentedly and the sunsets provide a nightly natural cinema.

Inland, a patchwork of paddy fields and coconut plantations are dotted with whitewashed churches and gentle streams.  Whilst you may just want to relax at the beach, we tempt you to do a little more and enjoy spa treaments, explore the colours of the sleepy villages or perhaps enjoy one of the many day excursion tours readily available.

Our apartments are located in between Calangute and Candolim, 9 miles north of the state captial Panaji.  The road from Calangute to the beach is awash with Kashmiri-run boutiques and stalls selling Himalayan items.  Don't forget to haggle!

The whole of Goa has an abundance of churches and temples, so there is always plenty to visit and see.  There are also both wildlife and bird sancturies and you can go crocodile or dolphin watching.
