Is it safe to drink the water straight from the tap?
It is safe but not recommended. You should purchase bottles of water.

What do we do if we need a doctor or dentist or medical assistance?
There are plenty of local doctors and dentists available. Pharmacies are also readily available, and are only too pleased to offer their services. You can also ask at the resort reception in any emergency - they will telephone for you.

Is it possible to hire a car?
The majority of hire is motorbike or scooter. An international driving licence isn't required to hire a vehicle, but may be requested by the local police. Failure to produce your licence upon request may result in an immediate fine.

Is smoking allowed around the resort?
Smoking is allowed in the resort and in the complexes, but not in the apartments.

What is the local dress code?
Please respect the religion - no topless bathing, sensible dress code, no swim wear etc, when visiting places of worship.

What is the local transportation?
Taxis are readily available along with motorbike taxis, buses, and the famous Indian tuctuc.

Are there local tourist attractions near to the resort?
Yes, there are several attractions including, dolphin trips, spice plantations, desert island trips, scuba diving, crocodile spotting, and bird sanctuaries.

Where is it possible to exchange my money?
Our reception will gladly exchange your money, any hotel will also exchange. However the best rate will be given at any local bank.

Is the food just local dishes, curries, etc?
No, there is a variety of different continental foods available English, Chinese, Cantonese, and a vast amount of seafood is also available.

Would you welcome any feedback from me staying at the resort?
Yes, we like to hear from any comments from customers who have stayed in the apartments. Our policy is to make your holiday as pleasing and as comfortable as possible.

Where do we pick up the keys for the apartment?
Keys are issued from the reception and also handed back to reception upon departing. All information is given inside the Welcome Pack which is issued when we receive, full and final payment.

What are the best times to visit India?
Goa's climate is ideal from late September until the end of March - the days are warm and sunny; nights are cooler with little or no rain. April, May are defiantly hot, and during the heavy monsoon months of July And August the humidity is very high.

What is the voltage in India?
The voltage is usually 220 volts AC, 50 cycles, however voltage fluctuations are frequent in Goa so it is essential to check any appliances.

Do I require a visa for India?
All foreign nationals must be in possession of a valid visa for India. Airline check-in staff at each departure point will deny boarding to any passengers not in possession of a valid visa for entry.
